Database

Pages fom this site are generated from our in-house Database so that any changes will be immediately shown on our webpages automatically without any programmer or design input. This means that as soon as a new part is created, a price is changed or any other information is changed, then you will be able to see them immediately.

Login/Register

If you are currently on our list of customers, then please click on register, fill out the form, send it and we will then send you an acknowledgement. This process is not instantaneous and may take a day or so, but once you have received our acknowledgement, next time you visit our site, you will be able to login using the username and password you provided. They are NOT case sensitive. The information is stored using Cookies so please ensure that you have Cookies enabled. The next time you visit you will automatically be logged in, assuming you are using the same computer!
Once you are logged in, any special prices you have been given will show automatically and if you click on Your Orders then you will see a list of all of the orders placed by your company over the last 3 months. Click on the order number and you can see all the delivery information you require. If you then click on Track>>, this will link to the UPS Tracking information....

UPS

Once goods have been shipped, our system automatically checks with UPS's servers overnight and downloads Tracking Numbers. Our Database is constantly updated throughout the day with delivery information from UPS, so once the goods have been delivered, you can see where they have been delivered to, who signed for them and at what time. If no infomation is there, then click on Track>> and a new window will open from UPS showing any further information they may have>

Search Parts Database

This field, in the top right of every page, will allow you to search our Database of Parts. You must enter a string of 3 characters or more, click search and you will be shown a list of all of the parts containing that string in the part number or the description. Any parts appearing on further pages will have links shown.

Parts Search

This is a more sophisticated search of our Parts Database where you can specify connector types and cable group as well as input a search string to search Parts Numbers and Descriptions.
